My count didn't save when the signal dropped

It did, on your phone. Counts sync when you're back online, usually within a minute. The little cloud on the count turns solid once it's sent.

How do I let my helper count without seeing prices?

Go to You → People → Add a helper. Helpers can count and see low stock, but not prices or money.

Can I undo an import?

Yes, for 24 hours. You → Import history → Undo. After that, edit items one by one.

The app says my shop is “not live yet”

Your ring stays dashed until you finish your first full count. Count everything once and it turns solid.

How do I delete my account?

You → Settings → Delete account. We email you a copy of your data first, then delete it within 30 days.
